This service is valid for 7 calendar days starting from the date of product delivery. For hygiene reasons, intimate items such as panties, bodysuits, and sexy baby sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality issues.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact Customer Service
Submit a return & exchange request within 7 days of delivery via My Account > My Orders > Order Details on our website. For quality-related issues, please contact our online customer service directly for assistance.
2. Complete the Return & Exchange Form
Check the box next to the products you wish to return or exchange on your order invoice/order list.
3. Package the Items
Ensure the product, all tags and hangtags are intact, and confirm the items meet our return & exchange rules below. Place the items to be returned and the completed return & exchange form in the original packaging box.
4. Ship the Package
Arrange for a courier service at your own cost to send the package back to us. For any shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service via email for details.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned items pass the quality inspection by our after-sales team, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The actual refund arrival time depends on the payment method and processing rules of your bank or financial institution, which may take an additional 10-15 business days.

- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from LaceLingerie.shop.
- All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, hangtags and labels intact. The products must be unwashed, unworn and not altered in any way to ensure they are suitable for resale.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate items including panties, bodysuits and sexy baby sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality issues.
- For bundled sets and free gifts included with your purchase, all items must be returned together; partial returns of bundled products or gifts are not accepted.
